Set up by DJ and City Rockers A&R man Damian Lazarus, Crosstown Rebels is an organization that loves quality alternative sounds, adores a great party and thrives on creative, young people armed with something new to say. Over the past decade Crosstown has morphed and mutated into much more than a highly respected record label now encompassing a TV series, a mystical festival and a philosophy for a ‘collective of free spirits’. Paul Jeffrey Design has been involved with label design, artwork and illustration.

Over the years we have cultivated a look to the label using imagery that is inspired by tribal masks, ancient symbolism, early astronomy, strange civilisations,
abstract patterns, nature, space, the mind… anything that evokes a kind of alternative sense of being.
